Nami Nori / Postcard Commissary Kitchen is looking for a detail oriented and organized Overnight Pastry Chef with a passion for the food industry and a focus on pastry products.

Nami Nori is the first concept to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City and is expanding with Postcard Bakery.

Our mission is to create a devoted fan following for temaki and pastry through omotenashi , the Japanese art of gracious hospitality.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for prepping and packing goods up to the amount of business’s need and providing staff supervision and culinary support to the commissary kitchen as assigned by Head Commissary Chef.
