We are currently seeking aPastry Cook with a strong work ethic and love for all things dessert.

Desired candidates will have:

• 2 year experience as a pastry cook in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Experience with seasonal cuisine is highly preferred
• Will have worked production as well as plating
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards of the restaurant
• Strong understanding of basic pastry recipes, ice creams, etc.
• Culinary degree is preferred but not required
