The Dinex Group, the restaurant group for Chef Daniel Boulud has a Pastry/Production opportunity at our Commissary Prep Kitchen based in downtown NYC.
The Pastry Cook responsibilities will include production of French Pastries; including Eclairs, Meringues, whipped ganaches, pastry cream, Ice Cream, cakes, cookies, canneles, and professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
Essential Duties:
A culinary training degree is preferred but not required.
