POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager leads a group of human resources (HR) professionals, including HR business partners. The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, employee relations, and creating and enforcing company policies and practices.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization. The manager must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and the business needs.
