Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, training development, and change management with the support of a Human Resource Assistant. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as Dayforce and UltiPro
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews
Skills:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and talent management strategies
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in HRIS systems such as Dayforce or UltiPro
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions
- Experience in training development and delivery
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
