The Position: We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join the team!

 Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of broad generalist expertise
  • Experience supporting multiple locations within the United States
  • Experience with hybrid work model
Overview
This position will work in all aspects supporting the employee life cycle. This is a great opportunity to join a company experiencing 20% growth per year.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to transition from offer to start
  • Conducts various background screening
  • Schedules travel for new hire orientation
  • Coordinates workers compensation program
  • Assists with employee leaves of absence
  • Assists with various employment-related industry audits
  • Performs verifications of employment
  • Maintains HCM system
  • Update Employee Records
  • Field general inquiries
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
