Join our team as a Regional Director of Human Resources and oversee HR operations for multiple hotels and/or resorts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to multiple hotels/resorts
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Conduct training and development programs for managers and employees
  • Lead investigations and resolve employee relations issues

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, in the hotel industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
