```Duties``` As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring the effective management of human resources within the organization. Your duties will include: - Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives - Leading and managing a team of HR professionals - Overseeing recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing and onboarding new employees - Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management - Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment labor laws - Managing benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and communication with employees - Overseeing payroll processes and working closely with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing - Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters - Conducting training sessions on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of HR systems such as SAP, Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Paychex - Experience in organization design and development - In-depth understanding of employment labor laws and regulations - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Exceptional problem-solving skills - Strong analytical skills to analyze HR data and make informed decisions If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for human resources management and have the required skills and experience, we invite you to apply for this position.
