We are seeking an individual for second shift (and possibly third shift) that is professional, displays a pleasant demeanor, a true passion for customer service, and stays calm under pressure. A real "people person" that feels joy dealing with the public would be the minimum. However, an organized desk agent that is fanatical about the details while conducting the support staff is the rock star we hope to find. Weekends required. Problem solvers with a smile go to the top of the list. Candidates who tend to call off work often and can't arrive on time need not apply!
Preferably English/Spanish bilingual but not required. Experience with Choice Advantage is a REQUIREMENT!
- Check in customers and provide guests with directions to their room
- Inform customers of all on-site amenities and any relevant information that is needed to use them
- Handle and resolve guest complaints using critical thinking skills
- Invoice and bill guests for their stay and services used
- Communicate with guests to better understand their individual needs to provide them with the best service possible
