Responsibilities will include collaborating on projects to improve performance and processes such as:

• Manage/create reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure efficiency and effectiveness
• Support internal audits
• Support HR related continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require employment-based sponsorship;
• Proficient on basic computer programs, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Versatile, flexible, and a willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Preferred:

• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills?
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines?
• Strong interpersonal skills
