• Maintains and contributes to all business needs for clinic fluidity

Job Duties Include but not limited to

• Answers phone calls and directs calls to appropriate persons/departments or takes messages.
• Patient Surveys and eligibility checks (forward to Billing/Client onboarding)
• Performs general office duties, such as ordering supplies, scanning receipts for company purchases, inventory
• Track tardies/attendance of clients and staff (addresses concerns per handbooks, and escalates to HR)
• Oversees and creates emergency evacuation plans (including fire drills, tornado drills)
• Approves PTO/time clock adjustments
• Orientation (binders for new hires, tours, handbook review)
• Maintains cleanliness of the clinic
• Oversees and assigns chores to staff
• Contributes positively to the morale of the clinic
• Audits RBT clinical notes daily (submits to Billing once completed)
• Tracks requested time off for clients
• Distributes medicine and Record Keeping of medication administration
• Prepares agendas and makes arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons and other meetings/activities and outings
• Creates and modifies schedule for RBTs
• Fix Ipad issues/internet troubleshooting
• Assist with program materials, card programs, curriculum libraries as assigned
• Communicate and collaborate with clinical management and direct supervisor
• Must become a Registered Behavior Technician in order to cover therapy if needed

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; Associates degree preferred
• Experience: 1-2 years of related management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
