We are now excited tocommence a search for a Sous Chef to support our Exec Chef in running our award-winning kitchen,ensuring exceptional food quality at all times. We are looking for someone with experience in steakhouses, with a passion for food and a love of managing a large diverse team.

Keyresponsibilities of the role include:
· Foodquality and consistency
· Takingpart in menu development and tastings
· Efficiencyof services/kitchen
· Productand service standards
· Health& Safety
· Maintenanceof kitchen equipment
· Setan example to staff when running the pass or working on a section.
· Givingsupport to senior staff within the team FOH/BOH
· Tosupport the Head Chef and manage the kitchen’s financial performance,including:
· Beingaware of GP targets
· Ensurestock levels are appropriate and ordering is optimised
· Agood understanding of Product / Company recipes / Systems, including QSR &Stock management
Tobe considered for the role you will have:
· Extensiveexperience running some of the best kitchens in New York.
· Experiencelaunching and opening restaurants in New York and the US.
· Comfortableand experienced with high volume businesses in terms of both covers andrevenue.
· Topmanagement and interpersonal skills.
· Excellentleadership skills with ability to teach, coach and train all FOH and BOHemployees
