Reporting to the Bar Manager, we're lookingfor experienced Bartenders to join our first international restaurant HawksmoorNew York that opened to rave reviews in 2021.

The restaurant is housed in aNational Historic Landmark- The United Charities Building and is incrediblybusy with the highest standards, world class service and award winning cocktails.

Key responsibilities of therole include:

· Workingwith the bar team to deliver excellent service and hospitality to the Hawksmoorstandard.

· Focus ondelivering drink quality to the highest standard and consistency.

· Workingwith the team with setting up, running and breaking down the bar for eachservice.

· Excellentrapport with your team and guests.

· Abilityto expertly run the bar to ensure smooth and successful services

To be considered for the roleyou will have:

· Extensiveexperience working in some of the best bars in New York.

· Experiencelaunching and opening restaurants and bars in New York and the US.

· Comfortableand experienced with high volume businesses in terms of both covers andrevenue.

· Goodinterpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with all departments.

· Exemplaryproduct knowledge of food and beverage.
