Role Summary

Tsymmetry is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) to lead our HR function and play a pivotal role in supporting our growth and commitment to offering compelling total rewards to our employees. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP HR will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What you will be doing

Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Drive organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies support the company's growth objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

• Lead the Talent Acquisition team in attracting top talent.
• Develop and oversee innovative recruitment and retention strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

HR Compliance and Risk Management:

• Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution processes.

Leadership and Team Development:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team.
• Encourage professional growth and development within the HR department.

What we need from you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree and HR certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, total rewards, and HR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, especially in the Government Contracting industry.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Results-oriented, with a track record of delivering HR solutions that drive business success.
