This position serves as a Human Resources Specialist for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army Defense Exports & Cooperation (DASA DE&C). Responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administering employee benefits. Provides advice on controversial, precedent-setting, and unusually difficult classification matters. Provides advice on interpretation of policies and regulations. This position is located in Arlington, VA and does allow for a hybrid work schedule.
