Freemont Yardley Search is Hiring a Human Resources Business Partner Near Arlington, VA

Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner will be providing full Human Resources Business Support to assigned departments or locations. As the Human Resources Business Partner you will be a hands-on strategist to ensure the scalability of programs, drive change and create solutions to meet organizational initiatives. The Human Resources Business Partner will provide proactive expertise in all aspects of workforce planning, change management, and total rewards.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary client interface and consultant to assigned client groups for all Human Resources business matters
  • Collaborate with leadership to aid in human capital objectives
  • Coordinates Human Resources counterparts including total rewards, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development (L&D) to ensure integration
  • Provides direction to influence talent including change management to minimize organizational risk
  • Review career and succession planning and collaborate with leadership to build talent and identify opportunities to employ appropriate solutions
  • Delivers key insights to drive change for retention, and talent management
  • Coordinates with leadership to address employee relation issues by assessing risk, and empowering problem-solving and dispute resolution
  • Ensure organizational policies and procedures are upheld in addition to federal, state, and local laws and regulations are adhered to
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field
  • 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner
  • Expertise in employee relations, talent management, change management, and related practices
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business strategies to influence change management or process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to travel as necessary
