NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team. As our Human Resources Manager, you will have the opportunity to build partnerships across the organization that will help to align NTCA’s business objectives with its employees. You will play a key role in recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, employee relations and supporting the organization’s culture of service excellence, collaboration and innovation.
