Our qualified management professionals are responsible for:

• Day to day spa operations
• Working directly with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Creating a consistent sales performance of 40% or higher
• Scheduling appointments and educating clients on our services
• Manage spa finances, including payroll, expense reports, deposits and daily revenue
• Interview, hire, train and retain talented sales associates, estheticians and massage therapists
• Maintain staff
• Maintain relationship with local MT schools, attending job fairs and PAC meetings.
• Promote the spa and the MassageLuXe Brand
• Track, maintain and order supplies for the spa
• Create monthly plans and goals for spa success
• Create weekly/monthly work schedules for their staff
• Handle and resolve customer and employee issues
• Develop a successful management team
• Write and perform performance reviews
• Verify compliance with all labor and employment laws and MassageLuXe policies
• Investigate safety incidents and make corrections
• Maintain spa cleanliness
• Complete daily Manager checklist
• Hit all goals/targets for your spa
