We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and manage the recruiting process for our fast-growing company. This job could be based in Huntsville, AL Washington DC or Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of the Applicant Tracking System to ensure candidates are being reviewed and dispositioned in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Build a talent pipeline by creating long-term relationships with past applicants and new candidates.
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Organize and/or attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Occasional travel required

Experience and Skills:

• Experience recruiting cleared professionals in a Government contractor environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, social networking, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to foster good relationships with hiring managers
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Familiarity with EEO/OFCCP regulations
• Excellent communication skills
