TITLE : SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

REPORTING : VP OF SALES

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive sales opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our sales goals are met..

responsibilities and duties :

  • Train and become an expert with the Aidentified platform application and proficient in demonstrating the product.
  • Use Aidentified platform and 3rd party tools to identify and contact viable sales and marketing prospects.
  • Accountable for the creation of viable opportunities, primarily through introduction calling.
  • Set up meetings and demos between prospects and account executives.
  • Deliver on agreed upon lead to opportunity conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Qualify and follow-up on inbound calls, emails, web, and campaign-generated inquiries.
  • Conduct account research (opportunity size, current services and needs, etc.).
  • Stay informed of new product and technical knowledge including product enhancements, industry trends and the competitive landscape, as well as providing platform feedback based on conversations with prospects and customers.
  • Accurately forecast opportunity pipeline and use reporting tools in Hubspot to monitor efforts and results.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, regardless of the industry.
  • Accepts and adheres to high ethical, moral and personal values.
  • Self-drive, highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong planning, organization, time management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills this means active listening and engagement with clients and co-workers.
  • Ability to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Working knowledge of Hubspot or other CRM tools.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
  • Previous use of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree.
