What We Need

Stride is excited to bring on a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our new product by generating qualified leads and opportunities for our Account Executives. The right person for this role will be tenacious, creative, and highly driven to exceed goals. SDRs will measure success by attaining assigned quotas, predominantly focused on the

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate leads and create opportunities within the target market.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers, primarily CHROs and Heads of People Operations, within potential customer organizations.
  • Tailor messaging and value propositions to effectively engage with prospects and communicate the benefits of our product.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying process to ensure alignment with our solution.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system to track progress and report on key metrics.
  • Continuously learn and stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively articulate our value proposition.
What You'll Need
  • 1-2 years of experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving meeting quotas
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and quotas in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with senior-level executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving success and achieving goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools

$60,000 - $75,000 a year
The SDR will have a total compensation package with a mixture of base salary, incentive compensation, and equity. The number listed above encompasses the base salary only.
The total compensation range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and industry knowledge. In addition to the base salary, there will also be a variable compensation package targeted at $25,000 annually.
