Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Chinese and English is required.
• Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations.
