Wenham Carter search firm is hiring on behalf of an exciting mobility company that is scaling their electric vehicle battery manufacturing operations in the US and are hiring for a Quality Supervisor to be a key member of the startup team who are launching the plant from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Oversee and manage the quality control process
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential quality issues and develop strategies for improvement
- Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures
- Investigate customer complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or Science)
- Proven experience in quality assurance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, FDA regulations, and CGMP standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Lean Manufacturing principles knowledge
- Constraint management principles
