We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Director of Human Resources to oversee the strategy for our most important asset: Our People.

Over the last five years, Marathon Strategies has expanded quickly, adding a diverse range of clients, staff, and new capabilities. Key Responsibilities for this role include:

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to identify and attract industry-leading professionals. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for all candidates.

Comprehensive Talent Management: Design and continuously refine talent retention programs. Drive organizational excellence by defining roles, enhancing career development opportunities, and ensuring a robust succession planning framework.

Performance Optimization: Spearhead the performance review process, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and development. Collaborate with leadership to design bespoke training programs that align employee growth with organizational goals.

Inclusive Culture Advocacy: Champion Marathon Strategies' commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA). Develop and implement actionable DEIA strategies to cultivate an environment where every team member thrives.

Organizational Development: Play a pivotal role in shaping Marathon's culture, identifying innovative engagement initiatives and ensuring a supportive, transparent workplace.

Compliance Adherance: Fortify HR policies to surpass federal and state labor compliance standards, safeguarding organizational integrity. Maintain proactive oversight on regulatory changes, ensuring Marathon's adaptive and anticipatory compliance posture.

Proactive Culture Cultivation: Develop innovative engagement strategies to reinforce Marathon's reputation as a premier employer. Champion initiatives that bolster team spirit and reinforce Marathon's core values and communal ethos.
