Schedules programs and seminars (from contract preparation, arranging travel itineraries, coordinating course materials and tracking attendance) and prepares certificates.

Develops, facilitates and documents e-learning/webinars and creates instructional design materials.

Provides technical support to Salesforce end-users via troubleshooting, hands-on training and labs. Collaborates with Salesforce administrator to ensure the system remains updated and functional to meet the needs of all departments.

Acts as system administrator for learning management system (LMS).

Supports the Education & Training Manager in creating, implementing and facilitating the education, learning and professional growth of the LiveOnNY teams. Responsibilities include designing and delivering education and training programs. Supports and fosters the mission of the organization and its commitment to organ and tissue donation.
