Job Details Job Location New York, NY Position Type Full Time Education Level 2 Year Degree Salary Range $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 Salary/year Job Shift Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM Description The Bridge's mission is to change lives, by offering help, hope, and opportunity to the most vulnerable in our community. We offer a comprehensive range of evidence-based rehabilitative services, including mental health and substance abuse treatment, housing, vocational training and job placement, healthcare, education, and creative arts therapies. Essential Position Functions:
Review all Bridge and Weston United service requests in RealPage for accuracy and follow-up with program staff, where needed for additional information
Follow up with Zone Directors and Director of Maintenance for work orders older than10 business days
Input work orders for turnovers once that information is received by the program
Send turnover work orders to the Zone Directors and follow up for an anticipated completion date
Create new users for Real Page and assist with any user issues
Run weekly reports in Real Page
Customize work order details, where needed
Inspect all Bridge and Weston buildings (apartments and common areas) using standards based on program type to ensure compliance with safety regulations and overall maintenance of buildings
Create a report detailing all findings, including pictures for every location
Create work orders for all findings and work closely with the Director of Maintenance to ensure the issues are resolved. A follow-up with pictures should be conducted within one month.
Schedule and host meetings to discuss findings with RPAM and the Residential team to develop a plan to remedy repairs/issues
Assist with training scheduling
Assist with training tracking, reports, etc.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Associate's Degree Preferred
Must be able to use computer software programs, including Microsoft, RealPage, and AWARDS
Experience working with people experiencing mental illness, crisis intervention and
managing trauma-triggered behavior
Willingness to perform CPR/First Aid/AED/CPI/Naloxone
Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
Spanish speaking a plus
Driver's License Required
