We are looking for a highly-talented Global Compliance Training and Knowledge Manager to identify, report on compliance training needs and in accordance with group training initiatives write, design, develop and deliver training solutions Company wide.

This role will be based in our New York, NY office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and implement an effective compliance training programs tailored to the needs of different departments and roles within the organization.
  • Identify and report upon risk-based compliance training needs in conjunction with Compliance, the Business Lines and other stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
  • Communicate changes in regulations and policies to relevant stakeholders and facilitate understanding at all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance training activities, attendance, and assessment results.
  • Ensure that training documentation meets regulatory standards and can withstand audit scrutiny.
  • Promote provision of training by personnel including Compliance & Anti-financial Crime staff and other providers and evaluate the effectiveness of training provided
  • Promote effective communication between team members through regular attendance at team meetings and with Compliance & Anti-financial Crime, Business Management, and other stakeholders about progress in addressing training needs including course roll out dates and escalation reporting.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key compliance metrics and training outcomes.
  • Experience with instructional design training materials

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5 years of experience with training at a financial services firm and/or self-regulatory organization in a compliance, legal, or business role
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (JD, MBA or Master’s Degree a plus) or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in advisory/line-of-business compliance is a strong plus
  • Experienced in managing, training and developing junior staff including the ability to mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to ultimately benefit the capability of the team

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $110,000 - $140,000
