The Learning & Development Specialist supports all professional skills training in the US, organizes national and global retreats and conferences, supports mentoring initiatives and coaching programs offered to associates and partners.

The typical New York pay scale for this position is between $100,700 and $115,800, although the actual wage or salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s education, experience, skills and internal pay alignment are different from those specified.
