About This Role:
The Director of Learning & Development will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy across North America. This is a key role that will focus on the growth and development of our people and provide an opportunity to build work from the ground up – partnering with leadership to set strategy and learning priorities while also leading the full execution of work. You should possess strong strategic, operational and interpersonal skills that allow you to be confident in your presence and facilitation while also being a detail-oriented outcome driver. While this is a North America role, the role will be based in New York and will work in partnership with the New York leadership team.
