Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives
· Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
· Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
· Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
· Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
· Coordinate training and development programs for employees
· Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
· Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Experience leading an HR department in a company with a minimum of 100 employees
· Ritz-Carlton hospitality training is a plus
