Human Resources ManagerSummaryThe Human Resources Manager is detail oriented in nature. The ideal candidate will successfully manage the Human Resource functions of BrandsMart’s retail locations to ensure the company is attracting, motivating, and retaining a high-performing, diverse, and successful workforce. The position is responsible for fullcycle recruiting, handling employee relations, and relationship building with management teams to create and maintain a positive working environment. Duties and Responsibilities• Partner with Store Leaders to identify HR and Talent needs and develop specific recruiting strategies to support retail locations • Recruitment of highly qualified applicants for successful placement. Assist applicants to ensure high-end applicant flow • Manage recruitment advertising to ensure applicant flow, cost effectiveness, use of Internet Job Boards, social media advertisements, newspapers, and other sources of applicants • Manage full-cycle recruitment including hiring, onboarding, and employee retention• Communicating and coordinating the handling of team member issues and concerns to maintain a positive work environment. Advising and counseling leaders on concerns and solutions. Must have the ability to make fair and unbiased decisions based on the facts. • Provide communication and interpretation on policy and procedures • Support Performance Management program including performance and merit administration. Train and guide team members on career development program • Work with management teams to identify, develop, and retain talentEducation and Experience 5 years prior HR generalist experience in retail or similar industry is a plus Experience with corporate recruitment Experience in Employee Relations investigations and solutions Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree with 2 additional years of relevant experience.
