About Us

ILS provides tailored integrated solutions aimed at improving health outcomes while rebalancing costs, addressing social determinants of health and connecting members with community-based resources.

Position Summary

Responsible for assisting in the staffing effort of the organization to build a strong workforce of highly skilled qualified individuals for the organization. This position is responsible for entire recruiting cycle, from finding potential candidate, screening, and recommend for placements. The process involve internal and external sourcing method, including traditional and non-traditional resources; such as community network events, job fairs, etc. Make job offers to applicants who pass screening and interview process and are approved by management by providing them with an offer letter and discussing the benefits, requirements and details of the position. Maintain paperwork on applicants throughout the process and set up new human resource records for new hires Conduct new hire training and benefits orientation programs.

Essential Functions

  • Completing the onboarding process and paperwork for new hire
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening Resume
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessment
  • Performing references and Background Checks
  • Making Recommendation to Company Hiring Managers
  • Coordinating Interviews with the Hiring Managers
  • Following up in the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. 
  • Serving as a a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
  • Create and maintain employee files
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
  • Knowledge in Kayako, IT tickets, Terminations, etc.
  • Sending IT termination tickets
  • Fluency in ADP, inputting new employees, changes, terminations, etc.
  • Payroll updates and answer payroll questions
  • Employee updates
  • Gathering termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
  • Assist employees with any HR questions via email
  • Assist employees with any HR questions via phone
  • Run Reports on ADP
  • Employment verification
  • Setting up appointment, arranging meetings and maintain calendar for the HR Manager
  • Making sure all our Drivers are insured and have a clean driving record
  • Provide customer service
  • Writing job descriptions
  • Post all the positions and recruit

Coordinate and attend all Job Fairs

Education and Experience

Minimum Education

HRM Degree or 5 years of Human Resources and Recruitment experience

Minimum Experience: 

At least 2 years previous experience in Recruiting

Excellent communication skills 

Human resource or related field
