The Workday Administrator must have strong knowledge of configuration and configuration changes within Workday. They will be reporting security HCM, partnering with the business to develop new functions, and configuring, answering questions, troubleshooting problems as well as setting things up.
You will be maintaining the system, implementing (process) improvements, ensuring data quality, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HRIS as well as dealing with tickets, partnering with BA's, report configurations, and learning code configuration.
Must Haves:
Minimum three years of Workday Administration experience (Not User-Side)
Setup, Configuration, and Reporting experience required
Nice to Haves:
Implementation Experience
Any reporting experience (Power BI, Tableau, Service Now, etc.)
Any Workday Certifications
Homebuilding industry experience
Any Ex-consultants
