Position Purpose: The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for recruiting employees whose talents are aligned with company goals and is critical to the success of an organization processing the administrative duties of the Human Resources Department. Contributes to the wellbeing and development of the organization’s most precious asset, its people – on a daily basis.
Position Requirements / Qualifications:
Education/Experience: | Associates Degree required. Must have previously worked in the capacity of a Recruiter for a minimum of 3 year, preferably in a health care setting. 1 year of experience in a Human Resources environment. Ability to type 40 WPM, computer literate. |
Licensure / Certification: | Maintain current CPR certification from the American Heart Association. |
Skills / Ability: | Demonstrates proficiency in verbal, computer and written skills. Ability to work independently: strong organizational skills and outstanding people skill. Ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced Human Resources Department. |
