Set up employees in real time on the time tracking machine upon their first day of work.
Update time cards on a weekly basis.
Place orders for supplies, uniforms, PPE, and other necessary supplies.
Interview, recruit, and help retain top quality employees for each location.
Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs
Prepare training materials and company communications as requested by manager
Leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates
Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting process
Assist manager with preparing of paper checks or digital paychecks
Create reports for CEO and Human Resources Managers
Other administrative tasks as needed
