The Eastern Region HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and assigned business groups across all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits & compensation, performance management, learning and talent development and organizational design. The HRBP works with the Cumming Group Corporate HR Team and leadership to develop HR programs, practices and policies that support the companys objectives, acting as an agent for change. This position is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. However, this position will work collaboratively with other Regional HRBPs as a member of the Global HR Team and a number of specialist functions including HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition and Learning and development.
