XSG is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Philadelphia, PA
This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a large manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities:
· Coding/posting invoices from vendors.
· Monitoring AP inbox & forwarding emails internally for payment approval.
· Answering internal and external AP inquiries
· Supporting reconciliations as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Proficiency with Excel
· Experience with a large ERP system
Experience:
2 years experience in accounts payable
high volume data entry in accounts payable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.30 - $26.00 per hour
Experience level:
- 2 years
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute:
- Philadelphia, PA 19147 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
