OVERVIEW OF THE AP CLERK ROLE:

• The AP Clerk is responsible for full cycle accounts payable, including 3-way matching, statement reconciliation, PO review, and payment processing.
• Work in a high-volume, high-producing environment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will utilize your intermediate to advanced Excel skills and 10-key experience to excel in your role.
• Shared services experience and medical/manufacturing industry knowledge are a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AP CLERK ROLE:

• 5 years of accounts payable experience with proficiency in 3-way matching.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and 10-key experience is necessary for the AP Clerk role.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.
• Shared services experience, medical/manufacturing experience, and familiarity with PO review are desirable.
