Location: Must be able to commute to Greater Seattle, WA area, as needed. Hybrid work schedule with manager approval.

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent internal and external customer service by serving as the first and main point of contact for HR related questions. This role is expected to be comfortable with navigating Thrive's HRIS and payroll system, is responsible for following and referencing our internal processes and policies, and helps to answer and resolve employee and manager questions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be highly detail oriented, have prior experience working with an HRIS/Payroll System, is familiar with employment and payroll laws, and has the ability to maintain organization to meet deadlines and deliverables.
We currently have an amazing team of four! While this specific role will serve as Thrive's Payroll/HRIS expert, the position may also be crossed trained in other HR areas such as onboarding and offboarding, Employee Housing and HR compliance, benefits administration, and more!
