PIE Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist in Seattle, WA. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the work of a contract team and program managers in addressing homelessness through its works to develop and maintain housing stability. This is a temporary position.

Expectation:

• Position will be 40hrs per week negotiable, 8-5 PM also negotiable. Laptop will be issued and IT support will be provided. First few days will need to be in person, potential hybrid work may be required however position is for the mostly part remote with daily meetings.

Duties:

• Support contracting and program management
• Procurement and general operations of the Housing & Supportive Services Program
• Compiling data, notetaking and drafting document materials

Quantitative Skills:

• Written and oral communication skills
• Skills in gathering, manipulating and using data utilizing a computer/other tools
• Ability to work as an effective team member
• Knowledge of supportive housing and/or contracting preferred
• MS Office Suite proficiency

Requirements:

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $36.41 per hour
