TempExperts is looking to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist position with a well-established company based in California focusing on sustainability and technology. This is a 2 to 3 month temp assignment and is 100% remote.
Summary of Primary Functions:
The Accounts Payable specialist responsible for billing and contract management. The ideal candidate for this position must be able to work between the contract management system and the software that drives billing.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Review executed contract agreements, input contracts into management system, and manage AP balances.
- Process invoices and capture monthly usage.
- Review and reconcile data between CPQ and ERP.
- Preparing weekly reports.
- Securely handle all customer data and payment information.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Bachelor’s Degree within an Accounting Field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Must have NetSuite, Suitebilling, Salesforce Software and advanced Excel experience.
