- Knowledge of processing purchase orders.
- Manage AP email accounts.
- Verifies the accuracy of invoices received for quantity, unit price, extensions and discounts and matches packing slips with the purchase order. Communicates with department supervisors on invoices and purchase orders containing errors.
- Upload invoices to Supplier File
- Reconcile credit card accounts.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure all vendor information.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Assist in pulling invoices and receipts for billing.
- Reconcile vendor statements with A/P account.
- Vendor Statement Reconciliations
- Process and job cost freight invoices
- Assist with 1099 Processing
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries concerning payment and/or invoice issues.
- Strong attention to detail, deadline driven, with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to Manage High Volume Invoices
- Process expense reports in accordance with internal deadlines
- Maintain high level of confidentiality.
- 3 years of Accounts Payable in construction or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with ERP Systems
- Medical, Dental, Life , LTD, Vision, Flex Spending Account, 401K with current 20% discretionary match
