BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Purpose: Grow National Alliance PEO Sales. Manage our National Alliance Sales Division Office based in Scottsdale, AZ. Leverage your comprehensive professional experience in a variety of competencies including marketing, sales, project management, communication, event planning, public speaking, etc. Manage strategic training programs, corporate-sponsored events, develop talent and prospect new clients for INFINITI HR. **Please note, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER must be willing and able to travel to represent the firm at corporate events, including national conventions, conferences, tradeshows, etc.

Objective: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER is responsible for developing new sales for the INFINITI HR℠ National Alliance Sales Division based in Scottsdale, AZ. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER is responsible for meeting assigned monthly PEO sales quota. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER must support an innovative, dynamic and impassioned sales infrastructure operating on a proprietary Platform-as-a-Service, (PaaS.). *Please note, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER must be willing and able to travel to represent the firm at corporate events, including national conventions, conferences, tradeshows, seminars, etc.
Summary of Qualifications:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales
Responsible to meet assigned PEO Sales quota each month..
Marketing
Manage Team Members with a variety of evolving marketing campaigns, telemarketing, sales projects, national partnerships, company sponsored events including conventions, conferences, tradeshows, etc.
Operations
Manage Team Members with various sales projects. Support INFINITI HR℠ alliance partners at tradeshows, conferences, corporate events, etc.
General Administration
Manage Team Members with various administration and sales projects. Demonstrate excellent two-way communication skills with other team members. Develop positive rapport with all team members, treating all with dignity and respect. Keep workspace organized. Maintain and manage client files.
Additional General Administrative Duties
Skills / Requirements:
Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Display maturity, competitiveness and autonomy with outstanding work ethic and proper business etiquette.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree a plus but not required.
