INCA Capital, founded in 1999 and based in Scottsdale (in Gainey Ranch) is the premier private real estate lender in the western United States. INCA is seeking a business development representative to assist management with originating loans for its robust lending operation. INCA Capital is led by its CEO, who was the co-founder and co-CEO of the 5th largest homebuilder in the United States, Meritage Homes. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in marketing the companies lending business in an effort to obtain loan requests.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing on behalf of INCA Capital to increase deal generation, including but not limited to the following activities:
o Attend association gatherings, networking events and industry conferences to promote INCA Capital and grow brand awareness
o Visit real estate professionals in face-to-face meeting to convey INCA Capital’s services
o Call and Email real estate professionals conveying INCA Capital’s services
o Manage social media accounts for INCA Capital while actively posting and monitoring content
o Use real estate databases and other services to acquire potential borrowers
o All other marketing efforts deemed appropriate
- Maintain and grow relationships with potential and existing borrowers
- Track lead generation efforts and follow-up with an effective plan and schedule
- Present loan opportunities to the partners and assist with determining the viability of loans
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Pay: Target of $120,000 per year, with a base of $80,000 and production-based bonuses (and the ability for more based on production)
