As a Business Development Rep, you will work closely with our Business Development, Marketing and Underwriting teams to drive new and renewal business, streamline complex service requests, and assist with distribution relationship management. As a go-to resource for agents and our field business development team, you will be a go-to team member to solve challenges as they arise and deliver on our “Ridiculously Fast. Amazingly Easy.” brand promise. Your expertise and delivery will be key to building goodwill as you develop a thorough understanding of each agency – gaining insight into the team members and the value BerkleyNet brings within their organizations. This knowledge will allow you to streamline interactions, resolve or prevent customer pain points, and write profitable business using your UW authority. You will spend time in the data to identify agency, state, and other trends to uncover opportunities.
