Position Summary
Join our dynamic team at Signal of Boca Raton, a leading security provider in South Florida. As a veteran-owned and operated company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers. We're seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint and uphold our commitment to excellence in security services and provide peace of mind. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and client retention for our franchise. Your primary responsibilities include executing sales strategies, nurturing existing accounts, and cultivating new business opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Client Retention to maintain and grow our franchise while delivering top-notch service to our clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to our franchise's success, ensuring continued growth and profitability while upholding our reputation for excellence in security services. Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain sales programs within the assigned territory, focusing on profitable, recurring revenue streams.
· Identify and target top revenue-generating accounts, providing best-in-class service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
· Achieve short and long-term sales objectives, driving territory growth and increasing sales volume.
· Educate customers and the public about our products and services to promote growth, quality control, and profitability.
· Foster professional relationships with customers, ensuring open communication and addressing their needs promptly.
· Prospect new leads and vertical targets through networking, cold calling, and market research, directly impacting revenue generation.
· Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on opportunities.
· Provide timely support and resolution for customer inquiries and product issues.
· Stay informed about competitors' activities and industry trends, reporting findings to management regularly.
· Forecast sales for the territory and submit activity reports on a weekly basis.
· Deliver presentations to various audiences, including training sessions, webinars, and conferences.
