• Execute “Just Ask” calls for the company on a weekly basis to provide status updates on loan files to agents and borrowers
• Initiate company engagement to attract more business by posting on social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Write and send personalized cards for special occasions including thank-yous, birthdays, congratulations, etc. (including gifts and pop-bys, when appropriate)
• Collaborate on projects with marketing team to create flyers for realtors along with monthly mailers that positively represent the business
• Create a list of real estate agents by production and make daily calls with a goal of 13 live connections per day and 40 calls per week
• Routinely meet with bankers, agents, and professionals through lunch and happy hour meetups with a goal of 10-12 face-to-face meetings per week

• Exhibit a high-level of skill with time management, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal aptitude

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
