This key position is responsible for driving growth and creating opportunities for the firm. The individual will participate in market research, competitive analysis, identify patient clients and creating marketing/growth campaigns. This is a great opportunity to lead and help shape the business development function of the law firm.
The ideal candidate is a ambitious and enthusiastic person looking for a hands-on leading role in an environment which offers a genuine work-life balance, a high performance culture and the autonomy and support enabling you to make a difference in the law firms expansion. you will report directly to the president and office manager and interact daily with a dedicated group of individuals in order to shape targeted business development and marketing plans together and execute.
