Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Skills:
- Proficiency in Reynolds and Reynolds or similar software
- Strong automotive accounting knowledge
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
- Experience with journal entries and general ledger reconciliation
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately
