Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Inc. (LSSE), a dynamic and growing 160-person civil engineering and surveying firm, is accepting resumes for an Administrative Assistant in the Engineering Clerical Unit in our Harmar , PA office.

Responsibilities:

• Project E-filing on Network filing system
• Draft and review general correspondence letters
• Assist with preparation of the following documents:
  1. Grant/permitting submissions
  2. Site submissions
  3. Bid reports
  4. Utility letters
  5. Pre-construction documents
  6. Shop drawings
• Provide back-up and assistance to other clerical staff
• Answer and redirect phone calls

Requirements:

• Highly organized and detailed-oriented
• Experience with creating and editing PDF documents in Adobe or Bluebeam
• Well-versed with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with navigating an internal network
• Use of File Transfer sites such as Google Docs and DropBox
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Understanding of construction contracts and supporting correspondence is a plus
• 1 years’ experience in a professional engineering and preferably technical setting or similar role is a plus
